Satisfaction rates in mobile remains high, whereas broadband satisfaction has seen a slight increase.
Satisfaction with mobile services remains high: 93% of customers are satisfied with their overall mobile service, in line with the previous year. Tesco Mobile has the highest score (97%),whereas Three had the lowest (89%) and also has the least satisfied customers with regard to signal strength (75%).
Broadband satisfaction sees a slight increase: Overall satisfaction for broadband stood at 85%, compared to 83% in the previous year. Plusnet sees the highest score (93%) whereas TalkTalk scores worst (78%). TalkTalk also has the worst satisfaction in terms of service reliability (75%), whereas EE is seen as the most reliable (87%).
UK customers are slightly happier with broadband speeds: Satisfaction with speeds has seen an increase year-on-year (82% compared to 80%). Virgin Media continues to lead with an 85% rate; EE and BT saw the highest increase (7pp and 6pp, respectively). TalkTalk continues to lag behind other operators, with a 76% rate compared to 74% the previous year.
